Website prices are indicative starting prices. Flights, hotels, foreign exchange and supplier inventory can change until a written proposal is accepted and payment is received.
Traveller details
Names and dates of birth must match valid travel documents. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before ticketing.
Payments
Payments are requested only against a Deep Vacations booking reference and through an approved secure payment link. Never send card credentials over chat.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, cruise and tour-supplier rules stated in each proposal. Refund timelines begin after the supplier confirms eligibility.
Visas and passports
Deep Vacations assists with applications but approval remains at the discretion of the issuing authority. Travellers must provide accurate documents on time.
Privacy
Enquiry information is used to plan and service the requested journey. We do not sell traveller contact information. Sensitive documents should only be uploaded through an approved secure channel.
